외국인 학생의 모든 학적변동은 국제처를 통해 신청해야 하므로, 반드시 국제처 공지사항을 확인하기 바랍니다.

How to submit Mail or face to face
  • For the foreign re-registration, must visit the OIA website(https://oia.hanyang.ac.kr/notice/1812052) for more details.
  • If you want to extend the leave, it will not be automatically extended, but must apply for the “return” first and then apply for the leave.
  • Freshmen need to apply for the leave at the assigned period at the first week of semester beginning.
  • If you applied for the leave after your tuition payment, the tuition will be suspended to the returning semester.
  • If you are awarding discount scholarship, you must pay your tuition first and then apply for the leave. (without payment, the scholarship will be cancelled)
  • If you applied for the leave after the course registration, the courses you have registered will be deleted. (If you cancel the leave, you must register for the courses again)
  • Please be aware that leave of absence not applied in the regular period is not able to be cancelled.

Application time Note
Before 7 weeks from beginning of semester - Cancel the semester(course registration also be cancelled)
- Tuition will be suspended for the returning semester
After 7 weeks from beginning of semester - The semester will be considered as completed
- Final exam will reflect the midterm exam score(reflection ratio depends on each professor)
- Tuition will be charged at the returning semester
