2026학년도 1학기 경영전문대학원 외국인 유학생 휴학/복학 신청을 다음과 같이 안내드립니다.

1. 복학 신청 기간 : 2026년 01월 07일(수) 10:00 ~ 1월 20일(화) 23:50까지

    추가 복학 신청 기간: 2026년 02월 12일(목) 

    휴학 신청 기간 : 2026년 2월 11일(수) ~ 2월 19일(목)

※ 2026학년도 전기 신입생은 개강일 이후 지정된 기간에 휴학 신청 가능

2. 신청방법

  가. 휴학/복학 :  HY-in 포털 로그인 → 신청 → 학적변동 → 휴학/복학신청 → 내용 입력 및 저장 (→ 특별휴학은 신청서류 제출)

3. 학적변동 안내 : 경영전문대학원 홈페이지 참조 (클릭)

4. 유의사항

  가. 휴학기간이 만료된 휴학생은 반드시 복학신청을 해야 하며, 복학하지 않을 경우 휴학만료제적 처리 

  나. 휴학을 연장하고자 할 경우에도 반드시 복학 신청 후 다시 휴학 신청 (자동 연장 불가)

  다. 등록금 납부 후 휴학 신청 시 등록금은 복학하는 학기로 이월 처리

  라. 학비감면 장학금을 배정받은 경우 반드시 등록금 납부 후 휴학 신청 (미등록 휴학 시 배정된 장학금 자동 취소)

This is the notice about the foreign students' application period for 'leave of absence' and 'return'. 

1. Return 

Application period:  2026.01.05.(Mon) 10:00 ~ 01.16.(Fri) 23:50까지

Extra application period: 2026.02.12.(Thu) 

2. Leave of absence: 2026.02.11.(Wed) ~ 02.19.(Thu)

3. Application route

HY-in Portal > Service > Registration status > Leave of absence(or Return from leave) 

4. Note

1) Students in the 4th semester of leave must return, or will be expelled. (Maximum: 4 semester)

2) If you want to extend the leave, you must return first and then apply for the leave. (Not automatically extended) 

3) If you applied for the leave after your tuition payment, the tuition will be suspended to the returning semester. 

4) If you are awarding discount scholarship, you must pay your tuition first and then apply for the leave. (without payment, the scholarship will be cancelled)
